After graduating from Ankara University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Animal Science (1991), completed his Master’s Degree in Melbourne University, Australia (1997). He attended Dairy Cattle Production course in Israel (1999) and completed his doctorate in 2001 at Aydın Adnan Menderes University (ADU), Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Department of Animal Science, Turkey. He conducts researches and gives lectures on cattle, buffalo and camel rearing, reproductive efficiency, milk and meat production and quality, herd management in cattle, buffalo and camels. He took part in the organization of the International Camel Culture and Camel Wrestling Symposium held in Selçuk / İzmir / Turkey 3 times, the first of which was in 2016. He is the partner of the CAMELMILK project on behalf of ADU, supported by the PRIMA program.
