The Montpellier Advanced Knowledge Institute on Transitions (MAK’IT) is relaunching its call for applications ‘VISITING SCIENTISTS’ with new features, including a larger co-funding contribution from MAK’IT and slightly revised hosting conditions.

The hosting programme is dedicated to senior researchers from abroad, whose research project is related, in a transversal and innovative way, to the action areas of MAK’IT – agriculture & food, environment, health – and contributes to its mission to analyse, accompany and accelerate transitions towards sustainable development. The selected fellows are invited for a 3 to 10 month residency in one or several research unit(s) of the Montpellier University of Excellence (MUSE) consortium of their choice.

The 2022 ‘VISITING SCIENTISTS’ call for applications will be open until 31 October 2021. Successful applicants will start their fellowship in January or September 2022.
