The governance

The University Foundation Montpellier University of Excellence – MUSE

Created in May 2017 to ensure the implementation of I-SITE until the creation of the target university, the MUSE university foundation counts asfounding members :

• University of Montpellier,
• HORIBA ABX SAS,
• BANQUE POPULAIRE DU SUD,
• MERCK SHARP DHOME (MSD),
• BRL GROUP,
• InViVo.

It isgoverned by aBoardof 10 representatives of the 19 institutions of the consortium, in addition to the president of the University of Montpellier. Decisions are taken by majority vote. The Board consists of the representative:

• of CEA,
• of CIRAD,
• CNRS,
• of INRA,
• of Inserm,
• of the IRD,
• of the UM,
• of the MSA partners agreement, ENSCM, Ensam, EMA, CIHEAM-IAMM,
• of the partners’ agreement CHU-M, CHU-N, ICM,
• of partners pact BRGM, Ifremer, Inria, Irstea.
