The goal of MUSE’s ERC (European Research Council) support program is to assist and increase the number of ERC projects managed at the site. The program focuses on 5 points: Detecting – Assisting – Preparing – Supporting – Organizing.

Actions implemented so far include:

  • Creation of an “ERC Network” to bring the site’s ERC candidates, laureates, and experts-evaluators together. On a volunteer basis, network members are invited to share their good practices, proofread project applications, and participate in coaching sessions for the oral presentation part of the competition.

  • Connecting candidates.

Candidates may apply to the MUSE ERC assistance program to request funding for:

  • Assistance in writing the project proposal and/or receiving oral coaching by firms specializing in the ERC context.
  • Oral coaching by communication consultants.
  • English training programs with language training specialists.

This program seeks to best meet the needs and expectations of future ERC candidates. Other actions and measures may be taken following feedback from people involved at the site.
